Account Deletion Request

To delete your gimoticon account, send a request email to our support address.

Before you request deletion

  • Deleted accounts cannot be restored.
  • Linked service data will be removed together with the account.
  • Legally required records may be retained for a limited time.

Processing

  • Identity verification may be required.
  • Deletion requests are usually processed within 7 days after verification.
